Our client needed more space and was looking to increase the value of their home, and decided a loft conversion would be the best way to achieve it. The area had planning restrictions that meant a dormer to the rear wasn’t an option, meaning we had to work with the existing roof space. Even working to the restrictions, the final product was amazing and gave the client exactly what they needed.
