Sitting proudly on an elevated hill in the heart of Oxted, this project involved a thorough pre–construction phase and lots of collaboration with the architects, structural engineers and our client. 
Due to the varying ground heights and ground type, the property required extensive groundwork and piling to create the extra space. We sourced and installed a matching stone from Ireland to blend the new and existing elements of the house seamlessly. This space gave our client and their young family a new utility, WC, kitchen, dining room and lounge space.
