We price all of our projects in house, using past data from previous projects of our own. These reflect our true costs and allow us to price extremely accurately.

Each project is unique, however once we receive a full drawings package and specifications, we will provide you with a programme of works to read alongside your detailed quotation.

Of course, we carry employers liability, public liability, contract works, professional indemnity and hired in plant insurance. This gives our clients peace of mind when were undertaking works.

Yes, we have an extended team of trustworthy professionals consisting of architects, structural engineers and interior designers. This means we can walk you through the entire process from concept to completion.

Yes, we put our everything into delivering quality, and because of this are proud to offer a 5 year guarantee on structural works, 2 year guarantee on standard workmanship and a 3 year guarantee on electrical and plumbing works.

This varies depending on the project, is we can create good separation from the space being lived in to the construction works being undertaken, then yes you can.
